When do my rewards expire?
Rewards have different expiration dates. You can view available rewards and expiration dates through the "Rewards" portion of the app or online.
What if I’m already a part of Homeroom’s loyalty program?
If you have an existing account with our loyalty program pre-dating 2024, your existing perks were transferred to a new account!
How will I know when I earn a reward?
You’ll receive an in-app notification when a new reward is earned. Visit the Rewards tab in your account to view rewards you’ve earned and those you can save up to unlock.
I already placed my order. How do I get credit for it?
If you would like to earn Noodles for a completed order, upload your receipt in the app. Once submitted, It will take up to 48 hours to approve and reflect with your account.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Online/In the App
Add the item to your cart and apply the discount—located at the top of the cart at checkout.
At the register
Show the cashier your reward and let them know which item you’d like.
